Our client is a top tier e-commerce company renowned for winning awards for their innovative approach to marketing. Due to their expansion, a new role has been created for someone to head up their offline marketing proposition. This includes, media, offline affiliate deals, partnerships, PR, and brand management. This diverse role will appeal to a career-driven rockstar, looking to accelerate their career in an autonomous role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Increase revenue by generating new partnership relationships in the region.
• Collaboration with the company’s brand agency, being the vocal point between them and the VP, Marketing.
• Maximise local marketing channels by generating and implementing leads for the company’s online marketing team: affiliates, partnerships, SEO etc.
• Create and manage all local offline campaigns to achieve an increase in consumer activity. This includes the plan, negotiation and implementation of the offline strategy.
• Working closely with the PR agency to maximise brand exposure, setting the strategy and watching your magic unveil.
• Identify offline partnership opportunities and work with the company’s commercial team to ‘close’ these deals and maximise their ROI through creative marketing i.e. sponsorship of a sports team, for example.
• Networking: Participate in industry events, member of magazines, clubs, forums etc. Keep aligned with all industry trends.
• Competitive intelligence though monitoring their activity and liaising with the VP, Marketing and other associates to initiate and develop new strategies.

• Extensive experience in offline marketing, including direct management of media (TV an advantage). Experience of creative, brand and PR agencies is advantageous.
• Strong commercial/ sales marketing management experience – if you haven’t managed partnerships in the past but have the commercial savviness and self-belief, our client will still want to hear from you!
• Experience in managing diverse marketing budgets.
• Experience of working for a major brand or an agency that works with major brands.
