Marketing Manager

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 + Benefits | Location: Las Vegas

Our client, one of the largest casino brands in the world, is looking for a Marketing Manager to manage the day to day operations and staff of the iGaming interactive/digital marketing department. You will be responsible for the planning, implementation, executing, analyzing, and business growth of the iGaming department’s internet and social media marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities:

• Hires, trains, directs, disciplines, and schedules, iGaming Interactive Marketing department staff
• Works with fellow members of the iGaming team to establish the online gaming marketing strategy and ensures it integrates with company-wide marketing efforts
• Implements the tactical online campaigns and tracks results, including CPA and ROI reporting
• Consistently evaluates online pricing models such as CPC, CPA, and CPM
• Develops, communicates, and executes a monthly schedule including website, email, and onsite messaging
• Manages ongoing CRM activities, including player analysis, customer research, and competitive reviews
• Manages the player life cycle, customer segmentation, and loyalty management
• Create and maintain SEP/PPC strategy including building strong inbound link structures, optimizing marketing campaigns for keywords, and evaluating new methods to provide content to the sites
• Liaise with the properties to drive site visitations from the online or offline database, including identifying appropriate prize structures, giveaways and other incentives for online players


Requirements:

• 3-5 years previous experience performing same or similar job duties
• Previous experience working with interactive marketing or iGaming in the hospitality or gaming industry preferred
• Working knowledge and experience utilizing the digital world, internet, and social networks to grow brand recognition and brand loyalty
• Working knowledge of Affiliate Marketing
• Data and analytical focus with knowledge of online pricing models (CPC, CPA, CPM, etc)
• Experience meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in many softwares including Excel, web applications, email marketing tools,
• Database (SQL, MS Access, etc), and previous coding experience preferred
• Previous budgeting responsibilities preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
