The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for acquiring customers and providing analytical support to management. You will responsibility for all on and offline acquisition marketing activity. The ideal candidate will have an analytical background, such as three years of management consulting or statistics.

Responsibilities:
Managing online advertising campaigns end-to-end
Using a campaign management tool to create a large number of campaign variations within agreed themes
Defining image and copy requirements, targeting, scheduling and budget rules for each campaign
Monitoring campaign performance
Optimising and reallocating budget according to campaign performance
Reporting and analysing campaign performance for weekly iterations
Doing in-depth customer data analysis:
Analysing longer term trends and patterns in advertising effectiveness
Conducting statistical analysis on the playing behaviour of different customer groups
Online planning and budgetary control
Lead the development of the Search programme
Provide clear direction to the commercial teams relating to the online marketing strategy
Liaise with the product teams to ensure the delivery of a balanced online acquisition plan
Reporting financials to highlight the effectiveness of the marketing activity
Deliver innovative creative executions utilising design resources

This role requires someone with solid mobile game and social game acquisition background. You should be experienced managing acquisition campaigns and have plenty of contacts in the social/mobile ad networks. You will need expertise in buying users, converting them, and monetization. You should also have experience in measuring profitability of ROI, LTV and other social/mobile KPIs. By taking full ownership of the operational output, you will have the opportunity to display your skills in a role built for growth and development. A strong background and proven track record in acquisition marketing is essential.
