Working as part of the Executive team, you will define the strategy and develop and execute the marketing programs to ensure profitable growth and expansion for the organisation.
Capable of working effectively within a fast-paced, hands-on, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, you will need to be a proven leader and key advisor to the Executive team on future marketing initiatives and opportunities. Building, leading and managing the entire marketing department across multiple locations, you will be required to engage effectively with stakeholders, working closely to understand requirements and provide strategic direction. Analysis of market trends and growth opportunities will be an integral part of the role, keeping up to date with new and emerging markets and developing strategies for future opportunities. Leading the creative direction for the brand, you will be managing a marketing budget and developing ROI targets, creating the best marketing initiatives in order to deliver effectively.
Significant experience overseeing and managing different areas related to the marketing functions including acquisition, retention, product development, PR, sponsorship, digital, VIP and brand will be essential. You must have a proven ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver on a nationwide scope and previous experience having worked within a multinational organisation managing large marketing budgets will be crucial. You will be a collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships and comfortable operating in a fast paced, entrepreneurial organisation.
